How do I check the withdrawal status on the blockchain?
After you submit a withdrawal request on OKX, if the withdrawal has not arrived on the other platform for a long time, you can check the transaction status yourself via a blockchain explorer. This helps you identify which stage the withdrawal is currently in, for example:
Has the transaction been successfully broadcasted?
Has it been confirmed (successfully recorded on the blockchain)?
Is the receiving address correct?
Is the network congested?
1. Check withdrawal status
Step 1: Obtain your blockchain transaction hash (TxID)
Log in to your account and go to Assets > History > Assets > Locate the relevant withdrawal record and copy the transaction hash (TxID).
Note: If the TxID is not available, it means the withdrawal request may not have been processed by OKX yet. Please wait patiently.
Step 2: Open the blockchain explorer
Based on the withdrawal network you selected, open the corresponding blockchain explorer.
Network type | Recommended blockchain explorer websites |
60 major networks including BTC, ETH, XLayer, and others | |
Vaulta | |
zkSync Era | |
Unichain |
You may also use other network-specific blockchain explorers as needed.
Step 3: Search for transaction details using the TxID
Paste the transaction hash (TxID) into the search bar on the blockchain explorer’s homepage and press Enter to view the transaction details.
2. Take corresponding actions based on the transaction status
Transaction Status | Description | Recommended handling method |
Success | Successfully transferred to the receiving address | / |
Blockchain shows “Success”, but the transactions are not reflected on the receiving platform | There may be cases where the withdrawal details were entered incorrectly. Please check the following items: | You may contact the sending platform to verify the transaction or seek assistance. |
Confirming | Broadcasted on-chain, awaiting network confirmation. | Please be patient. It usually takes a few minutes to tens of minutes for the transaction to be processed. |
Failure | The transaction was not successfully broadcast on-chain. Possible reasons include network congestion, insufficient transaction fees, etc. | You may contact the sending platform for assistance. |
Unable to find this transaction | The transaction may still be pending on the blockchain. | It is recommended to wait a short while, and if needed, contact the sending platform to verify or resolve the transaction. |
