Before making deposits or withdrawals, you can check the supported cryptocurrencies and networks on the platform in two ways to avoid issues with transactions not being completed.

Method 1: Query on the page.
1. Deposit cryptocurrency
Open the official website. Click on "Asset Management" in the upper right corner. Select "Deposit" and then choose your cryptocurrency and network.
You can see all the networks that support this cryptocurrency by selecting from the dropdown menu.
Some cryptocurrencies, like SOL, only support deposits on a single network. After selecting the cryptocurrency, a pop-up will appear on the page to provide a notification.
2. Withdraw funds
Open the official website. Click on "Asset Management" in the upper right corner, then select "Withdraw" and choose your cryptocurrency and network.
You can see all the supported networks for this cryptocurrency by selecting from the dropdown options.
Method 2: Check OKX Status
Open the official website, click on "More," and then select "Status."
2. Scroll down to the "Asset deposit and withdrawal status" section. Enter the cryptocurrency you want to search for; for example, USDT. Click the deposit and withdrawal ongoing icon to view the supported networks and their status.
Please note: When you deposit or withdraw cryptocurrency, both platforms must select the same coin and network. The contract information for the coin must be consistent to avoid any loss of your assets.
