How do I make a withdrawal? (web)

There are 2 withdrawal methods on OKX:

• On-chain withdrawal: Transfer crypto via network to a wallet or an exchange.

• Internal transfer: Transfer crypto instantly with zero fees to OKX users.

Getting started

Log in to your account at okx.com, go to the Assets and select Withdraw

On-chain withdrawal

1. Select crypto to withdraw and on-chain withdrawal method

   

   Select crypto and on-chain withdrawal method to withdraw

2. Complete the withdrawal details and select Next

   • Fill in the Address
     Note: you can enable allowlist mode to protect your assets.

   • Select the withdrawal network from available options
     Note: normally, the system will automatically match the network to the selected address. If multiple networks are available, you need to ensure that the withdrawal network selected matches the deposit network used in other exchanges or wallets to avoid potential losses.

   • Insert Withdrawal amount
     Note: the withdrawal amount should be more than the minimum amount but can't exceed the limit based on your verification level.

   • Network fee
     Note: the network fee can vary between networks and is determined by blockchain.

     

     Fill in withdrawal details on the on-chain withdrawal page

3. Complete the 2FA verification and select Confirm, your withdrawal order will be submitted

   Note: some cryptos (for example, XRP) may require tags to complete the withdrawal, which is usually a sequence of numbers. It's necessary to fill in both the withdrawal address and the tag, otherwise, the withdrawal will be lost.

4. The withdrawal submitted pop-up notice will appear once the submission is done.

Internal transfer

1. Select crypto to withdraw and internal (free) withdrawal method

   

   Select crypto and internal withdrawal method to withdraw

2. Complete the withdrawal details and select Next

   • Select recipient and insert the recipient info (Phone number / Email / Sub-account / UID)
     Note: the withdrawal recipient needs to be a verified user, learn more on how you can be verified here.

   • Insert Withdrawal amount
     Note: the withdrawal amount should be more than the minimum amount but can't exceed the limit based on your verification level.

     

     Fill in withdrawal details on the internal withdrawal page

3. Complete the 2FA verification and select Confirm, your withdrawal order will be submitted

Note: if you change your mind, you can cancel the request within 1 minute and no fees will be charged.
