New User Bonus Program - Terms and Conditions

After registering through designated channels, you'll be eligible to receive the New User Bonus at the Campaign center.

• Upon completing the required new user task displayed in OKX reward center, you will be eligible for New User Bonus. Please refer to OKX app for the detailed requirement and reward amount.

• By signing up through an exclusive bonus program for new users, you will receive special tasks and be rewarded according to the exclusive rules of the referral program. These rules may differ from the general New User Bonus program, and participation in the exclusive program will forfeit eligibility for regular rewards.

The reward may be available for a limited time, and the termination of this offer is at the sole discretion of OKX.

Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility

1. Only users who register during the promotional period of the program are eligible for the reward. OKX reserves the right to change these terms or revoke the New User Bonus program entirely, at any time and without prior notice.

2. Only users who register through designated channels will be eligible for the associated New User Bonus reward.

3. You must complete all tasks within the timeframe displayed in your task details. The deadline is calculated from the date your account is created.

How Tasks Are Measured

Buy Task

The following transaction types count toward a buy task:

• Trades executed via the order book (Spot, Futures, etc.)

• Express buy/sell with Brazilian Reais (BRL)

• Crypto-to-crypto conversion

Deposit Task

Deposit tasks are measured by Net Deposit, defined as:

Net Deposit = Qualifying Deposits − Qualifying Withdrawals

You must reach the required Net Deposit amount shown in your task to complete it. Below is what counts and what does not.

Example: Suppose you deposit 1,000 via PIX and later withdraw 200. Your Net Deposit is 800. If your task requires a Net Deposit of 500, the task is complete. If you then withdraw another 400 (bringing your Net Deposit to 400), the task requirement would no longer be met.

Rewards

1. The reward is in BTC and is available while supplies last, on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. You can view your rewards earned at Campaign Center > New User Bonus on the OKX website and app.

3. The value of rewards may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time you are able to withdraw, due to market conditions. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment.

4. We may delay the distribution of rewards due to system issues or other special circumstances. If you have not received your reward within 48 hours of completing the task, please contact customer service.

Reward Lock-Up

• Certain rewards may be subject to a lock-up period during which trading or withdrawal is restricted. The lock-up duration, unlock conditions (such as maintaining a minimum account balance for a specified number of days), and any other requirements will be displayed in your reward details within the app.

• If the unlock conditions are not met within the specified timeframe, the reward may be forfeited, reversed, or otherwise reclaimed at OKX's sole discretion.

Fraud Prevention & Enforcement

1. If any fraudulent behavior is detected — including, but not limited to fraudulent registration, wash trading, or forging identity verification information — OKX reserves the right to cancel participation eligibility and revoke any awarded rewards.

2. Any violation of these terms or the OKX Terms of Service at any time may result in disqualification from this promotion. If disqualified, you agree:

   1. to return the value of any bonuses provided under this promotion; or

   2. that OKX may deduct, offset, or otherwise claw back such value from your account.

3. OKX has the right to suspend, freeze, or seal user accounts and assets within the accounts in accordance with applicable laws or our Terms of Service.

General

1. OKX reserves the right to terminate the program at any time and to interpret or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
